Yes. With a little practice, you can learn to see your aura, which is the visible portion of your biofield that extends beyond your body. Here's how to see it: Stand in front of a mirror, relax and look at yourself with a soft focus. Instead of looking directly at yourself, look past yourself or through yourself, as though you're using your peripheral vision. You'll eventually see light-energy around your head and/or shoulders. It may be clear, white, yellow, or some other color. Once you're able to see it, make a conscious effort to increase its intensity. When you do this, you boost the amplitude of your biofield. And, if you practice it regularly, it won't be long before you'll also be able to see the auras of other people, pets, and even plants. The key, of course, is to relax and look with a soft focus.
Yes. One way you can begin is by rubbing your hands together until they get warm. Then, hold them out in front of you, facing each other, about 3 feet apart. Make sure your fingers are together and your hands are at a perpendicular angle to each other. Next, slowly bring your hands together, but stop when you can feel heat or a subtle resistance between them. It may feel as though you're holding a ball of energy. This is your energy field, and the distance between your hands when you stop is an indication of the strength of your field. Practice this as often as you like, but each time try to consciously increase the energy, and the distance between your hands when you stop. This is another way to boost the amplitude of your biofield.
Your biofield is your lifeforce. It's the subtle energy that animates your body. The stronger your biofield is, the more biophotons you will have working within you, and the healthier you will be -- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Yes. It's known by different names in different cultures. Chi, Prana, Qi, Elan Vital, Ruach Ha Kodesh, Pneuma, and Spirit Energy are a few of those names. Science calls it the human electromagnetic field, or biofield. But, no matter what you call it, it's all the same energy.
Definitely. You can go to our Workshop page to see when our next Workshop is. Also,Tai Chi, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Biofeedback, and other relaxation techniques all help to increase your lifeforce energy.
Yes! Below is a link to our HeartLight Project website that tells you all about it. It's the best way we know of to consciously expand your Energy Field. We recommend that you practice it regularly, and then teach it to all your friends and family members -- especially the kids!
